You reap what you sow, Solomon, so don't be surprised if the PPS doesn't rise more than to a yield of 20% when the cash dividend is declared...
I hope if will of course, and it is possible that we might see a PPS around $1 and maybe even $1.5 if we're really lucky, but I believe we are more likely to see a PPS just north of 50 cents.
