Management told me they have xxx wells this and that, but if they cant even get current, doesnt seem like anything will ever happen here. I would load if they can get current, but they cant. All this debt, no revenue, and they dont even have 30k to get current. Glad I got out with a break even on the JV pump earlier this year. They probably own some useless land with no drill-able resources underground. An empty well doesnt mean a damn thing, sorry all, this is a bloated POS. Possibly the only bullish thing here is those restricted shares, management has a motive to get this POS current, they are sitting on a lot of dead money but they need to get a bid on this pig to offload those when they come off restriction. O/S isnt that bad with those restricted shares subtracted off the O/S, but doesnt seem like they are motivated to create any shareholder value anytime soon. All year, still no JV, still not current years later. Worthless POS
