Whitlikes, that is absolutely true. But again it spells trouble if that is the only indication you can get from the volume. In/Out = Zero. 167Mil volume represents likely a greater net output hence the down tick. Again, it shows that the confidence is extremely low. Flippers are not even willing to hold a day since it is so volatile to the downside.
