I think it makes perfect sense to WAIT ON FINANCING if there is a good likelihood that the US govt. will jump into the deal. This is a totally different scenario than being unable to negotiate to finance. I am far from an expert in these things but it sure seems to me that low or no interest loans or a prepaid offtake agreement would go a long ways towards minimizing dilution. Mark will get us the BEST deal possible, I am willing to wait for that big payoff.
