I'm not saying that reality was good; I'm stating the nude reality, which I learned not from this company, but from every single company (especially start-ups and penny stocks companies). When you invest here (and there), you have to forget about managements (any management of any company) taking care of shareholders. These companies are in perpetual need of money to fund their operations and pipeline, and in perpetual need to be compliant with market rules. So this is an obstacle race against offerings and reverse-splits. Both totally destroy current shareholders' investments. Institutions and insiders, of course, sell and re-buy with perfect timing and obtain favorable deals in offerings, etc... So we have to search for technicals and punctual catalysts (good news, etc...). That's all we have and absolutely nothing more. Investing long term trusting in pipeline is just a death sentence to our money. Believe me, I've learned it with huge pain.
