First of all. I NEVER EVER said anything about a Libel Lawsuit. I talked about an alleged LIBELOUS lawsuit. That's very important, the ending after libel is -ous.

Here's the difference:

a libel lawsuit is a lawsuit alleging someone of libel.

an alleged LIBELOUS lawsuit...is alleging that there's a lawsuit in the first place. That allegation may be true or false. Secondly, the alleged lawsuit may be LIBELOUS. In other words, by alleging a lawsuit, an individual may be doing some libel. That's why the lawsuit itself is libelous.

Please pay close attention to grammar.
