Not sure what this would accomplish - they have small lumber yards in Harrow and Windsor that would not generate the kind of money being talked about. The financials suggested, would have to come from sources other than Windsor,Harrow,Tecumseh, Essex County etc.

Therefore, visiting Windsor would not generate the answers you are hoping to find.
I live in Windsor, have dealt with Sulja in the past (Contractor, home bulder) and have found they are very good to deal with. Although I am in ( bought and sold for several months for free shares,) I can;t honestly add any more info than you already have posted.
Living here really doesn't help as far as $ - numbers are concerned.
