Lightbridge is eligible to reapply for the grant. It is fair to say the rejection letter is more accurately a fix your errors and resubmit it letter. Unfortunately due to the timing that'll drag this out all the way til March. What Seth said about LTBR being the first to use HALEU is interesting, but we need to know use it where, use it when exactly. HALEU was mentioned specifically as a plus in the DOE letter. The thing that bothers me the most is the repeated claims that utilities are going to put skin in the game without follow through. That is the item I most question their integrity on because some type of information is being omitted there. For now I rank it a cautious hold.
