Nah. In essence, the world is run by capital. Without capital, capitalist intent on investing will do so elsewhere where capital is protected.

Sr. Preferred took over all parts of the capital structure on 8-17-12.

If that brazen attempt to steal everything for nothing stands, capital will flee any perceived target of the current political regime.

Nobody is safe when numbers can be massaged into telling whatever story you want.

Look at the books. Look at the cash flows like Adam Spittler did to see that neither Fannie nor Freddie needed any additional cash.

As accountants always say, "cash don't lie"
