So what I would like to hear from CVS I is from their attorneys. When they received the denial on the patent were they required to submit a statement to the public or put it on in a form.

Most lawsuits end up settling. It would not be surprising at all if the sleaze bag lawyers are hoping that CVS I will settle with them early just so they could pocket some change. Because based on the merits do you really think they’re going to want to put in the time and effort to pursue this case. Especially if they’re convinced they have no chance of winning.
It seems just when the announcement was made at 3:54 Eastern standard time. The stock Took a jump up .

The passage of the farm bill and or up list this BS will die in the background.
