did something happen recently that brought you to this conclusion? go after the CEO. He has within his power to bring the company back to trading; it will cost about 40k. He has assets, but doesn't care to bring it back until the stork/tooth-ferry decides to drop $600K+ into one of his potential projects where he will most probably want to keep the lions share of the $ for his salary. Now who would agree to that?
common sense said a long time ago when pps was .03 that this was not going ot happen. He doesn't care any more now than he did then. He doesn't realize he needs to step down for there to be hope for investors. He can get in trouble for a breach of fiduciary duty for this but who has the $ to start up a case?
