Something's amiss...several disclosures were made earlier this year-- 3 in February and 4 in April and 1 in May. Seemed like TDEY was prepping a re-start. In June Eddie uploaded News on OTC about DASA Properties and his goofy identity theft software (Payooze?) but nothing since.

Then in July Jonathan Leinwand and Marissa Welner amended the Wyoming SOS page --dropping the A/S from 12 billion to one, changing the name and moving the corporate address from Eddie's house to NYC, removed Eddie from office. Then in October they announced a 1-for-50,000 (FIFTY thousand) Reverse/Split!

IMO Eddie is holding the OTC account and access codes hostage from his old revoked ARTFEST INTERNATIONAL lawyer Leinwand.
