It's starting to look like investors are interested in getting in on what they feel may be the ground floor of this fledgling company. If $IMTL can follow this nice volume and uptick in the trading price with some NEWS, we could get more attention and see .05 by the end of the year.
What is making this company interesting is:
--Use of the blockchain in the business model.
--The seemingly unlimited growth potential.
--The IPShare "Trade Mark" software.
--A new approach to monetizing images for both the website owner and the artist. This is a new approach and one I have not found anywhere else.
--Again the growth potential in the first few years in GINORMOUS with exponential growth possible, monthly.
--CEO doubling his investment in the last form 4's indicates to me that there is something happening behind the scenes getting ready to be released in a PR. I'm guessing we will hear that we have taken on a big name.
[Downside]
--The company has not been very open or transparent with investors in the past.
--The financials were a pure joke indicating they had tripled the size of the business by going from 1 copyright infringement to 3!
--The company didn't want to answer questions from shareholders with respect to financials.
--The company didn't want to return emails regarding any non-financial related questions; namely my questions!
--The company never revealed they were nearly doubling the size of the O/S and what the money is being used for.
--The company has not updated the shareholder about the ICO and if we have outstanding coins that will draw 10 percent of the revenue.
--The company has not explained what the MINIVEST money was used for.
[Opinion]
I believe $IMTL had changed its vision at some point in the last year and a half. It started when the ICO market ran up and companies were bringing in millions selling coins/tokens on the open market. Then, one of these advisors realized the benefit of the blockchain to $IMTLs new business model and proprietary software. They changed the vision, the business model, and built $IMTL around the blockchain. I believe it has a real chance of success. It may be that when calculating the exponential growth possibility, the CEO needed technical assistance in this area (Hence the dual CEO's) as it is not his area of expertise.
My hopes are we are a takeover target at some point! This is my dream.
I am still holding and not letting any share go. It was hard not to let 500k go for some extra cash, but I held firm to my conviction to stick around to see what happens.
