He's been the one making decisions and calling the shots for nearly a decade at ADMD / RDGL and never was this or has this actually gone any further than it is right now. If you go back to 2013 and 2014 they were at the same precipice they are at right now and then it stalled. Ask yourself why

If you think it was Katz, you don't know how a board and a CEO work.

The CEO does the day to day. The real decisions are handled by the board. Considering for the last 10 years Cadwell alone had enough voting power to make whatever course or discourse for everyone and the company has only gone this far while he consistently received 10% on his notes the company used like an ATM.....without having to lift a finger.

But hey, they're going to cure cancer right? That's why so many people are lining up to lend this company money.

There are teenagers on Sand Hill Road and in the Valley getting millions for ideas on a napkin. This company cannot get $100 for cancer.

It's why nobody that is a respected investor will take this on.
