If you listent to CEO in interview, he plans to list on the Naz — but choose to wisely buy the NHPI shell with no debt, no convertibles and even no Preffered Shares....as a much cheaper and faster way probably to do it all......so then down the road probably RS to get to $5 or $10 a share.

DOLV did this but took them like a year to RS...before then the stock went up 10,000%+....same thing i think could very well happen here.

But here with this kind of international company that is growing, an RS to get us to trade on the Naz only would bring in hedgies and many new buyers who see the obvious value in The Woodbrook Group. So even an RS is not scary but expected here, as this isnt a company or CEO that is doing an RS like most all other insolvent and debt ridden and pages of convertibles to dilute penny stock companies etc - to dump shares after an RS back to trip z.

This is The Woodbrook Group: and this is an amazing opportunity.

NPHI is a clean shell. And The Woodbrook Group is, to quote their website, one of the fastes growing finanical asset companies in the world. And our CEO just voted one of the Top 100 international financial guys in the world.

SO: we get two spikes i think...this penny run to ??? Then when and if an RS takes place to bring us to the Nasdaq, then i think it will run too as the big boys cant or wont buy penny stocks nor stocks under $5.

Any-either-other-way you look at this or even play devils advocate: NHPI is a rather startling investment because of CEO Michael Doherty and The Woodbrook Group. Please do some dd and see this all for yourself though: dont just let me tell you, g
