It is quite irresponsible when posters make unsubstantiated comments about existence of lab. Too many of us have been inside. I think the main reason for low price is the fact that after so many delays,cost over runs, they are hurting for ready cash. If they can stay open, they have a good chance to succeed. This industry is exploding in Las Vegas.
