Just reading the facts. Company takes a convertible loan in June. Loan is coming due. Company pays off loan early. Convertible lenders always short early assuming that defaults occur. Nothing left to convert. Company files 8k with $18M contract. Company files S3. S3 goes effective today at 06:01. Convertible lender is stuck short. Look at the desperate cross trades. Just saying. If you got em. Hold em. This could get crazy.
