Would Penney's Black Friday TV ad motivate me to go to the store? No! It would not! Were it not for my JCP stock ownership, I would not even remember that I saw the ad.

I'm not a marketing expert; but I am a Consumer. It was the worst, most lackluster, Black Friday commercial I have ever seen.
