Its funny how i can read this and NO Where does it say shares to be cancelled.. But the beauty of this whole thing is after you read this .. It just does not make sense.. I think there has to be more to this.. It mentions KKR and also mentions Lcy and how Lcy took over Bioamber.. Good to see my investment to be mentioned with Billion dollar companies.. Makes me think.. Hey.. I MAY some day own a large chunk of those shares in the new company.. Just by reading this..they give you all the facts.. And it still dont make sense.. I think we are sitting pretty here.. $$$$. But thats just my opinion.. I let you decide... $$$$BIOAQ
