Exactly. This is the OTC. Stocks run on rumors, and sell on news most of the time. The ones that don't are ones that have been dormant forever...then run on sudden news.

This was tapping overbought when the news hit, so you have the sellers from overbought and from news. That makes it a perfect storm for anyone who wants cheaper shares, because they will apply downward pressure as well. On top of that comes the scared sellers who see the pps going down, and they sell on top of that. So no, it's really not surprising the pps is where it is. (As you've heard from many on this board, they want cheaper shares)

This still has a huge, profitable company coming into it. So I'm not worried about my newly acquired shares. If the merger continues, the pps will get where it should be; much higher.
