What some maybe forgetting is how long it took for Zimmer to acquire Implex. However re-read conference calls given at Zimmer. Q4 Hanson talked about an end game that was supposed to be revealed Q1. Hanson still hasnt revealed that end game. In fact if you recall Hanson mentioned material events occuring by Q1, those events still havent transpired. reality is Zimmer has hit roadblocks that have delayed their plans. I'll repeat this again but Sonny filed the S-1/A to raise new round of funds the day after FDA issued the new 483 to Zimmer. Thats some serious synchronicity right there.
