CBD is illegal per federal government
CBD is legal in most of the 50 states
Cities within the states can adapt to State or Federal law on CB; Thus, in some cities within a state where CBD is legal, it may illegal to process, produce or sell CBD, if that city adheres to federal law.
Banks adhere to Fed law on CBD, and can stop processing funds(CC, Checks, etc) for businesses they feel sell CBD

For this reason, AMAZON, WalMart online, etc, themselves do not carry CBD products, and vendors who sell CBD products on Amazon, risk having their AMAZON privileges revoked. Hense, it is not CVSciences or PlusCBD selling Plus CBD product on line, but a 3rd party. If you follow these 3rd party companies, you will find, in time, a few months or so, they will be off the roster.

Business whose primary online product is CBD, run the risk of having their CC privileges taken away, even though they live in a legal state and city, because the banks adhere to Fed law. This is a major problem in the industry.
