There's lots of similar OTC China stocks with heavy dilution history at $0,001-$0,0001. Most commonly in tax free agricultural section. They do seem to sell these kinds of things until ridiculous shareprices.

No, he will continue selling shares until people stop buying.

As long as people keep buying the game continues.
