Looks like this failure is in line with CEOs track record. Shares are diluted at shareholder expense, he then executes some form of RS only to follow up by issuing additional shares of Authorized Stock at the RS price. He targets new investors while the stockholders who rode the downward slide get hosed. He gets paid no matter what. I guess I will wait until after the meeting and hear from anyone other than JR who may have attended to see if there is some recovery plan that may possibly include corporate diversification. Then it will be a letter to the SEC requesting an investigation and potential criminal charges. My own fault for losing a ton of cash, but if he has broken the law he needs to be held accountable.
