No kidding, what happened to your prediction that this should start a slow and steady run up after the first dose of NEO?

I do not understand your post.

First dose of reality has not yet hit many here.

p.s.

Also, NEO is only Phase 1; extended dosage to be studied and may take till end of 2019(correct me if I am wrong), before AMGN or any BP takes notice. That is the brutality of reality.
