Mitch needs to apply grease, get it moving, since the gang of four lack a sense of urgency. Once approved/signed, the Grand Salami (CANB, SIPC, VATE) should suddenly lurch forward.

The agricultural and related programs in the Farm BiIl affect many folks. Farmers, veterans, firefighters, med. users, manufacturers, etc. Hemp investors waiting patiently for a done deal.
