It's a dilution scam. It doesn't go bankrupt, because there's hardly any expenses. No workers etc. They just need to print more at lower prices and of course it goes dry at some point. That's why they set up "TRW" to try to create higher fake value and get a "second life" in dilution.
It will not succeed in HK of course, so they tried to get some use for the scam and tried to push up Siaf share (so they can dilute Siaf with better price) but luckily MOST people are not so stupid that they'd believe and Siaf didn't jump that much. And luckily authorities intervened.
