My "hunch" is based on the premise that when they decide to become fully SEC reporting, they will be ready to move off the stinky pink sheets.

Also having two or more consecutive profitable quarters will be helpful (:

Instead of going to NYSE or NASDAQ directly, they may decide to upgrade their Pink listing to "Pink Current Information" first as an intermediate step to an SEC-recognized stock exchange.

All the above is just my own guesswork, obviously.
