I was reading something on your blog from AMDA that a hip might require 1-2 year trial from 2016 with no SiNi predicate. Anyway we can search this out through Zimmer on FDA trials? Also reading on your blog about Hanson talking about the low and slow approach to R&D. Talking about running wear tests then going back to the drawing board to find out why and 500 million wear passes to achieve this makes things slow. Wear passes for what? COC vs. Ceramic on poly? Word on the street is conforMIS is about to drop a hip according to this:

How long was this in the FDA pipeline? According to Letters of Intent and timelines blablabla. Hip was supposed to drop 2018. Wheres the Trial? What did Hanson mean by "families". Is he bluffing trying to let on he's more relevant than what is factual? Strange industry. Most Industries would put the kabosh on merger or joint partnership rumors within 24 hours from my experience.
