Thanks AC added a bit today and will be watching. Completely agree we're going to see a major run up probably after the February numbers post.

Interesting that Provence's don't seem to have much of a sense of purpose in crushing their local black markets. Odd that big alcohol, pharma, black market and anti-rec conservatives find themselves on the same side. Probably naive not to expect some fumbling of the ball early in the game. The numbers will confirm when we're beyond that phase then it's game-on.
