Since he made it clear that he has already started the process, and the ONLY way he can proceed is with a share price of .01 or better,an RS is very highly likely until the CEO makes a statement that he is abandoning his plan for the S1. Which would make no sense if he wants to continue with more funding and more acquisitions in the future. If he abandons his plans for the S! that isn't saying much for future growth of the company. You did read the news item he put out about the S1 and the Rs, correct?
