Didn't anyone notice in the last RSHN OTC filing it showed in share structure accumulated deficit as of Sept.30,2018, $7,729,739,834.
That is the same number as the outstanding shares.
So what does that tell us ?
I think people did notice and some are dumping before they pull an RS which some claim they won't do and wipe out many of us.
In spite of claims made here, the fact is RSHN has NO product, No income and a huge deficit.
