But if he announces no RS that means any funding in the future will be much more expensive and that's the last thing the company needs. That's what killed the Q3. Sure revenues were up but the cost and operating cost to get those revenues were enormous.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to buy or sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
