mad - i find that sonny as ceo making sure that he gets paid back bothersome. I see it as a man putting his interests at the front of the line, before that of the stockholders. I see it as a vote of no confidences in the company's future. Or one could say that the company has no future so sonny wants to make sure he gets his before the whole thing goes down the drain.
