Chaka,

That/s the number listed in the filings. That does not mean

that it will be 75 to 1. I am NOT a Sec. Lawyer, but it is my belief

they can do less if they wish to. But the limit would be 75 to 1 .

Maybe they are not sure of the total number of investors that will actually come on board !?
