Company can't sell shares for less than .01, That doesn't mean the stock can't go below .01, just means the company can't sell shares for less than that. Next RS, I expect them to change the par value to .0001

However, don't be surprised if they file for chapter 11 to protect moviepass, moviefone, moviepass ventures, moviepass films, zone technologies, and all the other companies that shady Ted dreams up. He tried to do too much at shareholder expense and now it's coming back to bite him. All these shady acquisitions (at shareholder expense), but he failed to get what mattered the most...corporate partnerships.
