Let me draw parallels to Mcdonalds coffee civil case and metallosis. They knew the coffee pot made coffee too hot. That was part of the courts decision of judgement. Did Mcdonalds continue to use that coffee pot? No. It costs barrels of money to phase that coffee pot out. Part of their reluctance. They introduced Mc Cafe. Wildly successfully over stupid mcdonalds coffee.

I wouldnt put it past the usual suspects to continue to use products they've developed a track record with. The level of intelligence is astounding. Phase it out to what? Inferior ceramics is what sparked Khankars research down this rabbit hole.
