Tom's been-saying-since-last-Dec./2017,"we've started invoicing the 21.4M" BUT didn't add: invoicing doesn't mean getting as there is no money to get: no contract:
Denis didn't deliver the goods...
Heard he and Denis's bromance has soured with the deals, didn't he tell Denis to stay in Russia til he came back with the signed deal?

Heck I can invoice my aunt for 21.4M but ain't gonna get it either.

That 21.4M is the same place the 32M "guidance for 2018 is," you'll get the "finder's fee" on this if you can find it.

WHY did this pop today? Just b/c there's an 8K?
