Exactly.

Funny thing I noticed...they "sold" off the worthless 18.75% they "owned" of the worthless shell called Almaden Energy in exchange for a 3.375% ownership in CMAC Agriculture, LLC.

Will be interested in doing some DD on CMAC. I would be willing to bet it's another shell in order to sell shares of VSPC.

Other than that, nothing notable.
