HELLO, I have not posted for a couple of weeks because I have not had anything positive to say. It seems there is a lot of questioning on longs and day traders la di da la di da. Get real people this board is the best place for information and intelligent discussion on TKO period. I am rock solid on TKO for a number of reasons I have stated be4, but I am a realist and if TKO doesn’t move very soon someone will steal this away from them. From the posts I have been reading this week it is time to ask some questions. I am just trying to provoke some thought so anyone is welcome to answer any question or all…
1. If RP cannot make friends with wall street and institutional investors maybe its time for him to step down. What do you think?
2. Maybe ALL of the management needs to ask themselves questions on weather they are in over their heads trying to manage a product roll out of this magnitude and either step up or step aside shouldn‘t they? COO John Cramp seems to have extra time to serve on advisory boards for other companies, should he have that much extra time with all of this on his dinner plate at Telkonet?
3. Why has there never been a quarterly conference call scheduled ever? I would like to hear what they have to say. They never give guidance. They may file their 10Q on November 9 or 10 but there seems to be a lot of talk about that being delayed on this board taken off the Yahoo board. Do other companies treat their stockholders like this keeping them in the dark on finances? I don’t think so because they wouldn’t have many investors for long if they did.
4. It doesn’t look like this EDS contract will be announced until Q2-Q3 2007. In fact it doesn’t look like much if any new substantial financial activity or PR's will be reported until Q1 or Q2 of 2007. What do you think?
I am asking these questions for a reason. I like to trade around a base position of TKO stock. I was in HOLD mode until this week waiting for mid November why? I am still trying to figure that one out. There seems to be a lot of confusion about dates of upcoming announcements that we believe to be true. I have started liquidating some of my position to make some money. I could do better than this in a short term CD at least 5% or buy other stocks that will make money in Q4 and then buy back in on news late Q4 or Q1 of 2007 who knows?? I think I have my mind made up and then the dates seem to slide further in time. I have lost enough in the last 2 weeks to make me pause, I must act to make some money I don’t like to let my funds sit and loose value I like to keep things moving in a positive direction. Time to act or react…
