Sti- Spec... If your talking about the two recent posts right before yours. Ignore them. The same poster is over at I-hub under
the alias Chouse5. If you look into his history, Over at RB, he has hardly any history to speak of. The posts on this board are his only two. Alias was created today. He is trying his hardest to worm his way into peoples minds. I have been a member over at the RB for a while, and had many things to say about him on the IPKL board. In this business, its what is known as a subtle Basher. They come across as naive, and aloof. Kind of like your message you just posted. I am still not sure about you either, but in your history you seem like a share holder, unless the million you bought @ .0008 the other day was not true. Either way, If you knew that your investment in IPKL was going to make you a lot of money in the months to come, and the only way for that to happen was for the IPKL/China JV to go fourth 100%, would you want the company to do what they had to do to make this happen??? Sure you would. Just like all of us eager share holders. Well... Sometimes public companies have to convert shares from the authorized outstanding, in order to come up with the necessary capital.
This was absolutely necessary in order for the deal with China to become reality. IPKL had an original partnership lined up with a company called Quad Tech. When that was cancelled, and the China JV became the new path, this was just another step along the way. Sure that helped suppress the PPS for a while, but if you really take a step back and look at the big picture.......
If it weren't for the shares added into the market, I can assure you that the little Million dollar block you picked up the other day @ .0008, would not have happened. Kind of like all of us that have been accumulating shares @ this level for the past few weeks. You see. That isn't so bad after all now, is it???? Now we all have nice fine and dandy averages @ an incredible level, because the Company needed to raise capital for the events to take place that are going to hopefully make your little fat bank account something to be reckoned with. I can also assure you of one more thing. Even if IPKL was to convert they're entire A/S, with what this China JV is going to mean for both the company, and us as share holders, it can't even compare to the nickel and diming that many complain about. If you really want to see what dilution is all about I suggest you visit the GZFX, BKMP, or JMCP board. Those are all prime examples of dilution in excess, that might make one want to consider first before investing in. Enough said Hope IPKL works out for you.
