Oregon Land Use Board of Appeals (“LUBA”) Reverses County’s Denial, Issues Final Opinion and Order Mandating County to Approve KAYS Site Plan and Application

(OTCQB: KAYS) announced today that it has prevailed in its appeal of Linn County Oregon’s denial of its valid application to develop and construct Kaya Farms™, a 80,000 plus square foot indoor/outdoor cannabis production facility, on its 26 acre farm in Lebanon, Oregon. The Company also confirmed that its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2018 will be filed with the SEC later today, marking a period viewed by management as the beginning of an era of Company growth.
