As GIFX, Shetty is still shown as CEO and lone board member. The merger is not complete and still being negotiated. That is why there are no GIFA financial reports. GIFA is not a part of GIFX until it is merged into GIFX. To date, that has not happened and has not been announced. Shetty could still back out and this whole fantasy could end.
