Korea’s highest-ranked player Byeong Hun An will be making his
second consecutive appearance at the ISPS HANDA Melbourne World Cup of Golf.
The 27-year-old represented his country twice in 2016 at the Summer Olympics and the World Cup of Golf alongside K.T. Kim.
Since turning professional in 2010,
An has three international Victories
to his name,
most notably the 2015 BMW PGA Championship.
An has selected one of Asia’s rising stars,
Si Woo Kim, as his
playing partner.
The 23-year-old has quite the impressive resume
in his young career, including becoming the youngest winner of THE PLAYERS Championship in 2017 and the first player from Asia to win
twice on the PGA TOUR before the age of 22.
He also made his Presidents Cup debut at Liberty National,
recording a 1-2-0 record after qualifying for the International Team.
The Korean duo will be seeking their country’s first tournament title.
