Ahh yes you mean the same board that just sits idly by while he obliterated the stock? Doesn’t really matter what the board does because they are just as bad as him, I mean hell one of them was working with MDXG lmao. Just because the board does nothing so that they can collect their paycheck does not mean what he is doing is right. If he is busy doing research for other companies while collecting a fat paycheck here then that is a clear breach of duty. If he could manage the various roles while he oversaw a positive return for shareholders that’s another story. Instead of being paid for the research he could simply say I have to excuse myself from being a part of this, and if he knew this would impact his ability to perform his job as ceo then he shouldn’t have taken the job. If you think he’s done great then you need to learn what the job of a ceo is
