Firstly, I had nothing to do with the company before September 2013. Secondly, the company's CUSIP Identifier is 29259J303 - no shares held by any person in Encounter under any prior CUSIP Identifier will be honored nor redeemed for shares under the current CUSIP Identifier.




So, the Captain's shares date to 2010 and 2011 with the CUSIP identifier ending in J105. Pre-dating J303 if I understands it all correctly.


Based on the above quote as I understands it and assumi' enti is ever able to float the boat, is this guy claimin' me shares are invalid and unacceptable fer trade? Legalities?

If so smells like muck to me.
