Within the confines of the public company, the Participant will have total operational autonomy and total checkbook control of its own operations. It need is only provide accounting information on a quarterly basis and must cooperate in the audit process.
The Participant will have the right to spinoff and become its own freestanding public company, enjoying the robust shareholder base of the host companies, but tailored to its own desires. In other words, if nothing else, this becomes a mechanism to become public, if and when it so desires, while leaving those tasks to us until it is ready. And when the Participant is ready and so elects, it will have a very rich shareholder base.
It seems that growing hemp is all the rage today because of the changing political climate, the relaxing of laws and the clear medicinal value of CBD, hemp and even THC, and its growing nature and profitability, despite years of repression. Hemp is a better cash crop than soy, corn, and while relatively easy to grow, the farmer has unique challenges for the crop including, but not limited to mold, excessive THC content, poor CBD yield, pests, harvesting/storage issues, transportation, staffing, extraction and sales. Farmers have had to contend with the nightmares of having to have their crops destroyed, or having to sell at a huge discount to market for logistics reasons. Often, while they make profits, those profits could well have been substantially more.

We’ve developed a comprehensive program that incorporates our vast technical expertise from proper growth to transportation to extraction, with a team of agriscientists, chemical engineers, physicians, truckers, chemists and other professionals, we have amassed a ready made vertically integrated program that allows for maximum profit and minimizes what was once a substantial risk.
Beginning with a well-sorted clone base, we have identified and supply hemp clones with a focus on the various cannabinoids that yield the most profit.
Next, we assist farmers in proper organic soil and land selection, emphasizing growth without pesticides or mold.
Our lighting technology allows green house growth a more cost-effective method to deliver maximum light using much less electricity. A huge cost saver.
Utilizing our recently acquired cantilever/drone technology, we are now able to assist in the growth process to minimize risks. Our drones deliver powerful information on every phase of growth, then are charged to deliver nutrients and therapies to plants that are sick or will become sick if sensed issues are not addressed. The harvesting is all done by hand, so that stems and plant debris are not part of the mix. We emphasize a full spectrum product that yields the most at the market and delivers the most medicinal impact. Our newly acquired GreatFreight trucking is a vast network of independent truck owners who are motivated to move material at a discounted price! This too is coordinated by our HempHUBTM app.
Proper drying and storage is crucial. Drying cannot be forced. The drying facility must be climate and temperature controlled, so that the process is seamless. This is a carefully regulated and monitored process. Once storage facility can serve multiple growers as can a vertically integrated extraction process.
Extraction is key. It is also the bottleneck in the business, often forcing hemp farmers without such capabilities to sell way below crop value. Our vertically integrated extraction unit can serve a number of farms depending upon size. All machinery is supplied and technical help is seamless with our technical staff, then reinforced with HempHUBTM for questions/answers/videos, etc.
