All Yahoo has to do is multiply by '-1' to correct....

Note, if you add the two retained earnings together, one gets about ~ $203 Billion. This is awfully
close to a familiar number every GSE investor knows...

Is it possible, the Net Worth Sweep (NWS) was actually the "Recapitalization" plan?

This assumes of course, all the NWS capital has been in Escrow at the U.S. Treasury.
