Simple, hemp and everything else but hemp seeds and hemp oil from hemp seeds is on schedule 1. It cannot be sold in stores across the country except states that passed Marijuana.
Passing Farm Bill legalize hemp and hemp extracts = opens door to any store in a country = revenue growing overnight.
Also, since CBD is scheduled 1 = illegal under federal law, no banks loans allowed etc.. since banks operated under federal law.. no higher exchange, no institution money can flown in..
Heck, they just suspended payment via PayPal on their website because it is against PayPal rules..
Schedule 1 creates big limitations that Farm Bill is going to eliminate literally over night.
Charlotte’s Web has their sales projections posted. And they have disclaimer that those numbers do not include Farm Bill passing. They say after Farm Bill they will adjust their sales projected numbers accordingly. They know how much schedule 1 limits their current revenue.
Yes, we need Farm Bill to keep growing and moving forward.
