I doubt Sonny could both work with ConforMIS as a consultant and work with them via Sintx. Thats clear conflict of interest. At least his work for Zimmer post taking on the job as Amedica CEO he did so the university and not as a direct consultant. Also since Zimmer supplied its liner for hip implant development I highly doubt they sell their liner to Confor so it can make a superior hip implant.

Financially speaking Sonny could just keep tapping the markets to raise capital if that was his objective. However whats clear as day is Sonny continues to imporve balance sheet and reduce burn. He keeps doing this he'll eventually hit breakeven.

Juries still out on 30m OS as there is only 21m atm.
